Returns & Exchanges

AMIRI offers returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags attached. Please note that sale items and customized pieces are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original AMIRI packaging, ensuring all security tags, hangers, and dust bags are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your portal request to the outside of the box, covering any previous tracking information.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and retain your drop-off receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
